These terms govern the supply of products by Norfolk Tableware to trade customers in the UK.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is finalised at the point of quote and confirmed in the pro forma invoice.

Pro forma invoices are payable in full before despatch unless an account agreement is in place.

Defective or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced or refunded. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
